Masks
We encourage all our visitors and customers to wear masks or facial coverings when entering the building, using the main staircase or lift to access Level 5 Reception, unless medically exempt.
Reception
Please sanitise your hands before entering the studio.
We recommend you come to the studios changed and ready to go, however, our changing/shower facilities are open

How do I purchase dx classes?
Tickets can be pre-booked and pre-paid for online via our DX online booking system or purchased at reception via cash or card, subject to availability.
When you buy online you will need to set up your own account via our booking system. To book classes online please click here or alternatively click the shopping cart icon in the header of the website in order to access the account registration process and follow the simple set-up instructions.
Refunds: once purchased, tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded unless the class/event is cancelled or you test positive for COVID-19. (You will need to supply proof of a positive test that has been reported to the government website.) Please email info@dx.dance or call us on 0121 667 6730 for further clarification if needed.
