DX COVID-19 SAFETY PROCEDURES

Our staff members will be there to guide you and answer any questions you may have.

Lateral Flow Tests

All visitors must present evidence of a negative Lateral Flow Test, which has been reported to the official NHS site, and taken no more than 24 hours prior to your arrival for class participants, and within 48 hours for other visitors.

We require this even if you are vaccinated as you may still contract Covid and spread it to others. Please don’t visit DX if you are feeling unwell or don’t have a qualifying negative test.

You can order free test kits here: www.gov.uk/order-coronavirus-rapid-lateral-flow-tests

Masks

Visitors and customers should wear masks or facial coverings when entering the building, using the main staircase or lift to access Level 5 Reception, unless medically exempt.  You need not wear a mask once you are inside the studios.

Reception

On arrival please check in showing your negative lateral flow test from the official NHS site.  Please sanitise your hands before entering the studio. Our changing/shower facilities are not open so if you are coming to the studios arrive changed and ready to go!

Tickets

Tickets for classes can only be booked in advance online.  For your convenience, online class bookings have now been extended and will close just 10 minutes before a class begins.  Reception cannot sell you a ticket directly.

These restrictions are in place to limit queuing inside the building and to ensure that capacity in the studios and on Level 5 is safely managed.

When you buy online you will need to set up your account via our booking system. To book classes online please click here or click the shopping cart icon in the header of the website to access the account registration process and follow the simple set-up instructions.
